Bio: Remy has been working at &samhoud since 2012. As a consultant, Remy has a special interest in strategy development and execution, and is curious to understand how to improve current and create new business models. He has a background in Organizational Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Copenhagen Business School. Furthermore, Remy is the author of a case about a mayonnaise company without factories in the book Brilliant Business Models in Food.
